We've all had those scarce but deep moments. You know them, right? Those moments when you'd like to quit. Simply. Not because of weariness or tiredness or cowardice or despair. Just quit. Everything. Everyone. Be alone for a moment.

Be sad. Be happy to be sad.

"I don't hear a sound

Silent face in the ground

The quiet screams, but I refuse to listen"

That is what I feel when I listen to Steve Conte's "Rain". That feeling of sadness and happiness, the cure when the inspiration fails me.

I wanted to share it with you Fliers.

This song is weird. Awesomely weird, because of its contradictions.

It's meant to be sad. In its very core. It's meant to make me sad, yet it doesn't –
well it does, but it's a welcome sadness. And inspiring sadness. A sadness I'm happy to feel.

It makes me want to kneel, daydreaming about my personal rainy realm, and think. It makes me want to capture black and white pictures of rainy landscapes, of gloomy chapels, of cigar-smoking old women. My, I could do with a glass of vodka right now.

Inspiring much?

Take a walk under the rain. 
Rejoice because of the sadness. 
Because of the rain.

Fresh Start: Olivia Flies & Tweedledum

Hello !

It has been a long time !

Breaking news: Olivia flies does not fly alone anymore ! 

I would like to introduce you Tweedledum. We have found each other on Twitter and since, we have got along very well :) I asked him:" Why you wouldn't do this blog with me ? I really like his style, minimalist with a touch of extravagance. He replied:"Would be a honor". That is how we decided to collaborate.

I'm 18 Y-O.

I'm a second-year in law school.

What do you like ?
I love fashion, photography, Japanese culture and good music.

What is your style ? What is Fashion for you ? 
My style is really casual with a small touch of extravagance. For me, fashion means a way of expression, a way of giving a message, saying who we are.

Do you have a motto ?

Don't follow the trends. You don't need to exaggerate "the desire of being original" because it can become ridiculous. Just wear what you want as long as you feel at ease inside.

 It is a really short presentation of Tweedledum. You will see more of him soon.

Just a word

CLOSED

I hate this word. You know, when you take the tube/bus or whatever and you walk... You are very near to the shop, a few meters left. You feel like you are succeeding in something. You are in front of the shop. THE shop you really X2 love. HOWEVER, there is a BIG placard which tells you that "your" shop, is closed. I always am like: How could you do this to me ? *perfect line in all dramas* Do you know what I have been throught to be here ? *I am talking to a door which is never going to answer, I KNOW*

That's why: ALWAYS CALL BEFORE BEING TRAPPED.

*trapped? Maybe not*
